Terms and conditions of Sales
Any user who enters and uses the services of this online store or places an order by phone at phone number 2695 045714, is deemed to agree and unconditionally accept the terms set forth herein. If a user does not agree with these terms he must avoid the use of the online store and any transaction with it, as well as any telephone ordering of products. Sending or telephone registration of your order implies acceptance of this Agreement and all its terms.
Product order / Sales contract
Placing an order through the e-shop, or by phone is the conclusion of a distance selling contract, regulated, inter alia, by Law 2251/1994 on “Consumer Protection”, as amended and in force today by the relevant Greek and European legislation.
Possibility of concluding a valid order through the e-shop or by phone exists as long as the provisions on legal capacity of Greek Law are met, to natural or legal persons. Thus, orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while our company reserves the right to claim from the persons legally responsible the price of any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons.
In order to place an online order, the customer has the opportunity to register on the Bon Voyage website, entering the required information to verify his identity [name, email address, contact phone number, Login Code (Username) and Personal Secret Code Security (Password)]. Alternatively, the customer has the opportunity to place his online order as an unregistered member, ie as a Guest / GuestClient.
Orders for the shipment of products, against payment to Bon Voyage of the corresponding price listed on this website, are given online in writing by the customer by completing and sending the relevant Order Form that exists on this website (bon-voyage.gr) and is binding only if they have been accepted by Bon Voyage, after being informed of the order status that the customer will receive with the Order Confirmation, which is recorded in the Bon Voyage systems, displayed on the customer-user screen and sent by e-mail to follow-up of the order.
In order to place your order by telephone, cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide the following information by telephone, which is recorded by the Bon Voyage system: The code and full description / quantity of the product / products you wish to purchase, as well as the following personal information: name, mobile phone number, shipping address and e-mail address, the latter if available.
The listed retail prices of the various products that are displayed on the pages of the website include the legal VAT.
The various product offers are valid until stocks are exhausted or until they expire.

Order Confirmation
Before completing the registration of your online order, please make sure that you have entered all the required details correctly. From the moment you place the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will detail all the details of your order. Please note the order number in case you need to contact us. You have the obligation to check the correctness of the Order Confirmation details and to notify Bon Voyage in writing (no later than 2 hours after receiving the above Electronic Order Confirmation Notice) of any error, otherwise the details mentioned in the Order Confirmation apply as have in the Contract.
In the cases of telephone order, during which the conversation is recorded, the order receives a unique number, with which it is specialized, for which the customer is informed directly by the company, upon completion of the order.
Information in cases of unavailable products
For orders with products that are not immediately available, but upon order, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time of the products.
The update is usually made within the next three working days from the date of the order to the contact details you filled in your order.
Delivery method
You receive your order through the courier service (Speedex) with which our company cooperates at the address you stated. The day the courier service receives the parcel, it will send you an informative SMS, with the shipment number.
In case you are absent when the courier service calls you, it will leave you a notice stating your parcel number and the phone number you will need to call to arrange pick-up.
Greek shipments will take place daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Delivery (if all the products of your order are ready to be delivered) is done within 2-3 days for the capitals of the prefectures and the big cities. For inaccessible / remote areas and islands, delivery takes place within 3-5 days.
The above delivery times are indicative, concern working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and may vary depending on the conditions and availability of goods.
